What is included in the monthly rental?
Each monthly rental includes one ZKTeco SenseFace 2A biometric reader, with facial and fingerprint recognition, plus basic cloud-hosted attendance software, installation, training and ongoing basic remote software support. Installation is included within a 30 km radius of Cape Town CBD. Thereafter, travel is charged per kilometre.
How long is the rental agreement?
The initial agreement runs for 12 months. After that, it continues month to month.
How do we access the software?
The basic cloud-hosted attendance software is hosted on our cloud server. You access it through a standard web browser with an internet connection.
Do the rental prices include VAT?
No. The advertised monthly prices of R499, R599, R699 and R799 exclude VAT.
What if our business is outside Cape Town?
Installation is included within a 30 km radius of Cape Town CBD. Thereafter, travel is charged per kilometre. Contact BTS to discuss installation at your location.
